Shipping policy

1. PROCESSING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME Please be advised that "Processing Time" and "Shipping Time" are two entirely separate timeframes.

  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it undergoes a verification, quality check, and packaging process. This processing period takes 2 to 5 business days. During high-volume seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our facilities to your destination.

2. GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION & ESTIMATED DELIVERY To offer a wide selection of premium textiles at competitive prices, Velae Home operates through a highly optimized supply chain. Your items will be dispatched directly from our global distribution centers and international warehouses located in Asia. Once processing is complete and the package is handed over to the carrier, the estimated Shipping Time is generally between 10 to 21 business days, depending on your exact location and local postal services. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT DELAYS Because we ship globally, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance procedures once the shipment reaches your destination country. Velae Home is not responsible for any of these external charges, nor are we liable for any delays caused by your local customs authorities. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and inspections can delay the delivery of your package beyond our original estimates. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that customs delays are out of our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund or order cancellation.

4. INCORRECT ADDRESSES It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and entirely accurate. If an order is delayed, returned to sender, or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address, Velae Home will not be held liable, and we will not issue refunds for such errors.

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Once the carrier marks your package as "Delivered" based on the tracking information, our liability ceases entirely. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after being confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
